Open @GugoDCABot, choose Help, then Report a Problem. That keeps the report tied to the service without asking you to post wallet secrets in public.
For an urgent wallet issue
Use Emergency Stop to prevent new recurring buys, Trade Once signing, and withdrawals.
Pause the affected plan.
Check History before retrying any trade or withdrawal that may already have been submitted.
Use authenticated private-key export if you need independent wallet control. Clear Emergency Stop with /resume all only after you deliberately decide to allow new signing again.
What to include
What you tapped or typed.
The approximate time and your timezone.
The plan, Trade Once public ID, or withdrawal number shown by the bot.
A transaction signature or public wallet address if relevant.
The exact error text with private details removed.
What support will never need
A seed phrase or private key.
Your Telegram login code.
A remote-control session to your wallet.
A payment to unlock, verify, recover, or export your wallet.
Anyone asking for one of these is not providing legitimate GUGO DCA support.
Service status
Telegram notices and the bot's History and Wallet screens are the primary customer record. Public fee allocation and verified buy-and-burn proofs appear on Fee transparency.
Support cannot reverse a confirmed Solana transaction or guarantee recovery from a third-party wallet, token, route, or network failure.
