Plain-language data policy

Privacy

We collect the minimum data needed to run the Telegram bot, verify holder access, execute your instructions, keep accounting records, and investigate failures.

What we store

  • Your Telegram user ID and available Telegram profile fields.
  • Verified public wallet address, access challenge records, and GUGO level evidence.
  • Your bot-wallet public address and encrypted private key.
  • Plans, settings, balances, transactions, fees, withdrawals, alerts, and audit/accounting records.
  • Feedback you deliberately send through Report a Problem.

What we do not need

  • Your connected wallet's seed phrase or private key.
  • Passwords, exchange credentials, card details, government ID, or unrelated personal information.
  • Your bot-wallet private key in Telegram or support chat.

Secret-shaped text is redacted where supported, but do not test that protection with a real secret.

How data is used

Data is used to operate the service, verify access, sign requested wallet actions, enforce safety controls, deliver notices, reconcile funds and fees, prevent abuse, debug failures, and support security or legal obligations.

We do not use bot data for behavioral advertising.

Retention and public records

Operational and accounting records are kept as reasonably needed for security, reconciliation, support, and legal obligations. Ask through Report a Problem if you want a data request reviewed.

Solana transactions and wallet addresses are public blockchain records and cannot be edited or erased by GUGO DCA.
